Euroterminal Sławków Sp. z o.o. announces that on June 12, 2026, the Management Board of the Company signed a grant agreement for the implementation of the project: “Construction of the TK-2 intermodal terminal along with the purchase of handling equipment within the TPSM area” under Measure FENX.05.06 Intermodal transport, Priority FENX.05 Support for the transport sector from the ERDF.

Following the signing of the grant agreement on June 12, 2026, we would like to inform you about the possibility of reporting irregularities.

Irregularities may be reported in the following ways:

1. By traditional post – in the form of a letter sent to the address of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, ul. Wspólna 2/4, 00-926 Warsaw, or to the Intermediate Body – Centre for EU Transport Projects (CUPT), Plac Europejski 2, 00-844 Warsaw;

2. Via the ePUAP submission box of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy or the Intermediate Body – Centre for EU Transport Projects, or by using the public registered electronic delivery service or the public hybrid service, as referred to in the Act of 18 November 2020 on Electronic Delivery (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 3);

3. Via the “e-Nieprawidłowości” (e-Irregularities) online form available at www.feniks.gov.pl

4. Via the whistleblowing mechanism, understood as the dedicated e-mail addresses: rownosc.feniks@mfipr.gov.pl or naduzycia.feniks@mfipr.gov.pl

5. By personal delivery to the registry office of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, ul. Wspólna 2/4, 00-926 Warsaw, or to the registry office of the Centre for EU Transport Projects, Plac Europejski 2, 00-844 Warsaw;

6. In electronic form to the dedicated e-mail address: zglaszanie_nieprawidlowosci@euterminal.pl

Reports may be submitted anonymously and will be duly processed. However, in the case of incomplete reports where there is no possibility of contacting the reporting person to obtain supplementary information, there is a risk that such an irregularity cannot be fully investigated and resolved.

Every report is strictly protected against disclosure to unauthorized persons. Reports will be received by a designated employee of the Control and Audit Department. The identity of the reporting person is protected both during and after the completion of the proceedings, and those handling the case shall refrain from attempting to determine the identity of any person who has submitted a report on irregularities anonymously.

All reports will be scrupulously examined in accordance with the internal procedures of the Centre for EU Transport Projects and generally applicable provisions of law.

Euroterminal Sławków Sp. z o.o. hereby announces that on June 4, 2025, it signed a grant agreement for the project: “Increasing the potential of intermodal transport services provided by Euroterminal Sławków Sp. z o.o. through the purchase of 2 reachstackers” under Competition No. KPOD.09.09-IW.02-001/24 for Component E: Green, Smart Mobility, Investment: E2.1.3. Intermodal Projects.

  • On July 14, 2025, we signed an agreement with Kalmar Poland Sp. z o.o., under which the company delivered two modern reachstackers to us on January 8 and 13, 2026. These new units have increased our operational capacity and improved our readiness to handle the anticipated transshipment volumes.
  • The contract value amounts to PLN 5,040,000.00 net, of which 50% was financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

Following the signing of the grant agreement on June 4, 2025, we would like to inform you about the possibility of reporting irregularities.

Irregularities can be reported in the following ways:

  • In electronic form – via a dedicated reporting form available at: https://sygnalista.cupt.gov.pl/ which ensures anonymity and enables correspondence, or via the dedicated email address: naduzycia@cupt.gov.pl

  • In electronic form – to the dedicated email address: zglaszanie_nieprawidlowosci@euterminal.pl 

  • In paper form – reports should be sent to the following address: CUPT, Plac Europejski 2, 00-844 Warsaw, with the following note on the envelope: “Reporting Irregularities” (Zgłoszenie nieprawidłowości).

CUPT (Center for EU Transport Projects) reviews reports concerning transport projects, including those under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), as well as reports regarding suspected violations of generally applicable laws or internal regulations and operational rules within CUPT.

Reports can be made anonymously. Such reports will be considered; however, in the case of incomplete reports where contact with the whistleblower is impossible to supplement information, there is a risk that the report cannot be fully investigated.

Every report is protected against unauthorized disclosure. Reports are received by a designated employee of the Control and Audit Department. The whistleblower’s data is protected during and after the proceedings, and those reviewing the report shall refrain from attempting to identify a person who submitted an anonymous report.
