Euroterminal Sławków Sp. z o.o. hereby announces that on June 4, 2025, it signed a grant agreement for the project: “Increasing the potential of intermodal transport services provided by Euroterminal Sławków Sp. z o.o. through the purchase of 2 reachstackers” under Competition No. KPOD.09.09-IW.02-001/24 for Component E: Green, Smart Mobility, Investment: E2.1.3. Intermodal Projects.

- On July 14, 2025, we signed an agreement with Kalmar Poland Sp. z o.o., under which the company delivered two modern reachstackers to us on January 8 and 13, 2026. These new units have increased our operational capacity and improved our readiness to handle the anticipated transshipment volumes.
- The contract value amounts to PLN 5,040,000.00 net, of which 50% was financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

In paper form – reports should be sent to the following address: CUPT, Plac Europejski 2, 00-844 Warsaw, with the following note on the envelope: “Reporting Irregularities” (Zgłoszenie nieprawidłowości).
CUPT (Center for EU Transport Projects) reviews reports concerning transport projects, including those under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), as well as reports regarding suspected violations of generally applicable laws or internal regulations and operational rules within CUPT.
Reports can be made anonymously. Such reports will be considered; however, in the case of incomplete reports where contact with the whistleblower is impossible to supplement information, there is a risk that the report cannot be fully investigated.
Every report is protected against unauthorized disclosure. Reports are received by a designated employee of the Control and Audit Department. The whistleblower’s data is protected during and after the proceedings, and those reviewing the report shall refrain from attempting to identify a person who submitted an anonymous report.
